We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day after receiving cleared payment and deliver to your address within the next working day when payment is made before 10.00 am. Sets are usually dispatched by DHL carriers.
2 or less Single tools are delivered by Royal Mail. Single tool amounts which weigh more than 2Kg will be delivered by DHL or similar. UK Orders placed before 12 pm (Mid day) Monday – Friday should be delivered the next day however it is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
Trial, Half and Full Set Orders placed before 10.00 am Monday to Thursday is expected to be delivered the next day. Orders placed before 10.00 am on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday and orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday, (excluding bank holidays).
