We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day after receiving cleared payment and deliver to your address within the next working day when payment is before 10.00 am. Sets are usually dispatched by DHL carriers.

2 or less Single tools are delivered by  Royal Mail. Single tool amounts which weigh more than 2Kg will be delivered by DHL or similar. UK Orders placed before 12 pm (Mid day) Monday – Friday should be delivered the next day however it is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

Trial, Half and Full Set Orders placed before 11.00 am Monday-Thursday is expected to be delivered the next day. Orders placed before 11.00 am on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday and orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday, (excluding bank holidays).

Due to the disruption caused by Covid-19 outbreak we highly recommend purchasing equipment one week in advance of use to avoid disappointment of unexpected delivery problems, thank you for your co-operation and understanding of the situation.

Ways to pay

Brick Brace Ltd customers must be over 18 years of age. You will be asked to provide your personal details. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided by you for the purpose of ordering products from us are correct and that you have the necessary funds and credit limits, and/ or, authority to use the PayPal account/ debit/credit card you present to us. By purchasing our products you agree to our terms and conditions and also agree to follow our code of conduct.

NB: If you are paying by credit/debit card we only deliver to the card holder’s address.

Pro-Forma Invoice;

Request a Pro-Forma invoice by e-mail to;  Please provide details of the purchase you require, a delivery address and a contact number for the courier. We will send invoice within 24 hours if not immediately.

Pay by cheque;

Your right to cancel

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, excluding return postage. You have a right to cancel your order at any time up to 30 days after the day of delivery. Goods returned must be in good condition and within suitable packaging. Please contact us should you change your mind and require further information.

Cancellation and Returns

Provided goods are returned to us in an acceptable condition we will issue a refund within 5 working days of return. Should you wish to return a product to us please include letter stating the reason for return in your parcel. Should you require further information please contact us.

If you are cancelling because there is a fault with the product please clearly state the details of the fault. Goods found to be faulty will be refunded or exchanged depending on your instructions.

Goods returned to us will be at your own cost and must be packaged safely in a suitable packaging material.

Statutory Rights

To obtain a refund you should return the goods to us in a similar condition as they arrived. So that there is no doubt anything we say above in relation to returns, does not apply to any claim that the goods do not meet the standard required by law. In this instance we will refund your returns costs.


If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair and goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery, or refund you with the amount paid for the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to limit our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for personal injury resulting from our negligence.
